AAAGGGGHHHHH!!!!! NOOOO!!!!!!!!!
OK so the car in order to be "drivable" is $900 which I have to go pay in a couple hours. (it took them 2 hours to do this $900 worth of repairs. AND they (Firestone) told Mark there is another 2500 worth of repairs we need to do ASAP! The stupid car is only worth 3000 (if that) and with our horrible credit we STILL owe like 6000 on it! What a nightmare! There goes our anniversery get-away weekend! Cars stink!

Ask for a written estimate of repairs to see what needs to be done. Maybe me and Mark can do some of them ourselves.
yeah...thats what I would have said too...Mark had already told them to go ahead with the repairs by the time he called me. I already paid the man $878..more then $300 is for less then 2 hours of labor! Urrrrgggghhhh!

I think Scott is talking about the 2,50000000.... dollar stuff that they said needs to be done ASAP.

So sorry about the car stuff. That more than sucks. It makes me so darn mad. grrrrrrrrrr...... Firestone "replaced" something on Katie's car and charged them 600.00 and then later Katie took their car to a friend of Joy's (who fixes cars) who looked at their car and he said the part that was "replaced" was never actually replaced THEY LIED! So Katie went back and showed them the part and got her money back. It was the West Dundee Firestone.
Car people are almost as bad as dentists with how much they charge.
Yeah, that's what I meant.
OH MY GOSH!!! That's terrible. I hate car repairs more than anything. That really stinks. I'm so sorry Steph :(
